Happy Birthday

Morning birthday snuggles from his little girlie!  

Finley was very proud to announce to everyone we came into contact with that on 

Aug. 16, "daddy is now as old as mommy!"  :)  Lovely!

The Farm!

We went to a nearby farm for pizza on the evening of Brent's birthday with a group of friends.  All ingredients used for the pizza are locally grown, all organic.  It was such a beautiful night to be out!  The kids enjoyed roaming the farm...the chickens were probably happy to see us go!  By the end of the evening our tummies were full of pizza and our hearts were full of new memories created!  

AJ spotted one of the chickens...

...but quickly forgot about them when the pigs were discovered!

Ace couldn't get enough of the pigs...mainly because he enjoyed throwing them apples!

And of course...AJ found a tractor to ride!

We stayed up way past our bedtimes that night...but totally worth it!
